Using Database Groups
- Edit an Existing Group
- Create a New Group
- View All of a Groups Records
- Export a Group
- Delete a Group
In the "All" tab of the "Groups" section, simply select the edit icon next to the appropriate group in the group list.

- Click on the appropriate link at the top of the "All" tab in the "Groups" section.

- Name the group.


- To add group members click in (or tab to) the name selection box and start typing the last name (or for an organization, just the beginning of the organization name), as the name appears in the drop down box, select it and press return.

- The name then appears in the name selection box.

- You must click the add button next to the name selection box to add the Family (or organization) to the group.
- To view a groups records first view it in edit mode.
- Then locate and click the "View Group" button.

- When you are viewing the group in edit mode, simply click on the "Export Group" button, and follow the on-screen instructions.

- First view the group.
- Perform an export in the normal fashion.
- To Delete a group simply locate the group in the group list in the "All" tab of the groups section. and click the trash icon next to the group name.

** You may not have delete privileges in which case the delete will fail, you must log in with an account that has delete privileges in order to delete a group.
