Updating Email list

  1. On the main page of the database (click on the Help One Child Logo to be directed there) click on the Mailing Lists tab.



    Click on the list you wish to update.

  2. The window displays the current list of emails that belong on that list. Copy them to your clipboard (keyboard shortcut Apple + "c" ). Click on the link below the window which will bring you to Help One Child's online email manager.



  3. When you see this screen enter the username and password.



  4. Click on "helponechild.org" to edit the "helponechild.org" domain email settings.



  5. You will see a list of all our email accounts and email lists. Click on the email list that you wish to update.



  6. In the email list setting dialogue, select the button reading "Members"



  7. Select the contents of the top window and paste in the current list from your clipboard (shortcut: Apple + "v"). Click "OK" to save the new settings and close all related Safari windows remaining open. Your list has been updated!
