Printing
- Check to see the the printer is turned on.
- Check to make sure that the printer status is "Ready". This is usually indicated on the printer status screen, located on the printer itself, you may have to exit menus before the top level display is revealed.
- Check to make sure that both your computer and the printer are connected to the network (the Ethernet cord is plugged in)

If the printer is only at your workstation check to make sure that the USB cable is plugged in to both the printer and your computer.

- Check to make sure that the Printer Queue is not "Stopped"
- In you Finder use shortcut Apple + Shift + U to locate the utilities folder.
- Open the Printer Setup Utility program (start typing "print..." and the finder will automatically select the correct program)
- The status of each printer is indicated in the Status row of the "Printer List".

- If your printer is stopped: In the "Printer List" double click on the printer you wish to start.
- In that printer's dialogue click "Start Jobs"

- Check the Printer's Status Page In the printer list (see above) select your printer and click on the "Utility" icon at the top of the window.
- Power down. Turn the printer on, wait a few seconds, turn the printer back on. If this doesn't solve the problem try restarting your computer as well.
- Re-install the printer on your computer - you should only complete this step if the printer is not working for you but is working fine for other computers on the network

- Open the Printer Setup Utility program (start typing "print..." and the finder will automatically select the correct program)

- Select the printer that is not working, and click "Delete"
